This is a restoration i did a while ago, in July i think. Since i don't have a mint or even a decent shaped Majorette BMW 3.0 in my collection, i decided to make one for myself.
This is what i started with:
Heavily worn but quite intact car to begin with.
After disassembly i discovered that the interior was sunburnt and the front axle was bent.
Luckily i had this miserable looking beater. It still had a decent interior so i ended up using it.
After thorough cleaning, straightening the front axle and painting this is the result. I'm pretty satisfied with it :)
